If you are deficient in vitamin B12, then the injections are very effective at raising your blood levels. Vitamin B12 injections are very safe.

Micro-needling

Micro needling is a minimally invasive procedure using thin needles with an FDA cleared device called the Skin Pen. The procedure can help reduce the appearance of skin concerns such as acne scars, stretch marks, fine lines or wrinkles. Most people get micro needling for cosmetic purposes, but it can also help with some medical conditions. The Skin Pen has 14 medical-grade stainless steel microscopic needles working at 7,000 RPMs which vibrate back and forth gliding over the skin with topical gel or lotion. The needles penetrate the epidermis and create little channels that can allow the products to flow easier into the skin but also stimulates production of collagen and elastin. The Skin Pen is validated to penetrate to the depth at which the device can be set from .25mm to 2.5mm.

Platelet Rich Plasma Joint Injections (PRP)

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses injections of a concentration of a patient’s own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints. PRP injections use each individual patient’s own healing system to improve its function by drawing the patient’s own blood which is then spun in a centrifuge, and the plasma is injected into the region needed. PRP injections are used for a range of conditions from musculoskeletal pain/injuries to cosmetic procedures. PRP injections can treat acute musculoskeletal injuries and conditions: tendon injuries such as tennis elbow, shoulder injuries, hip, and knee pain etc. This treatment will help to stimulate the healing process, decrease pain, and enable your body to heal itself naturally.

Platelet Rich Plasma Cosmetic Injections (PRP)

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are gaining popularity for a variety of conditions, from injuries to hair loss. The treatment uses a patient’s own blood cells to accelerate healing in a specific area. PRP can be used for skin around the eyes, face, cheeks, hands, decolletage, neck, hair loss, scarring and/or stretch marks. First, a topical anesthetic is applied to the area that will be treated. Second, our clinical will draw a small sample of blood that will be spun in a centrifuge for approximately five minutes to separate the plasma from the other blood particles. Lastly, the platelet rich plasma is then re-injected back into the treatment area, stimulating collagen and elastin production. When highly encourage for patients to only do PRP along with micro needling to get the best results. Micro needling will create the lesions needed in that specific area so the plasma can work hard where it is needed to promote the healing process. Patients usually see faster initial healing and enhanced longer-term results as the body goes to work producing new skin cells with both procedures performed at the same time.

Weight Loss Injections

The primary benefit of injections is that they can help further weight loss when combined with healthy dieting and regular exercise. The vitamins and nutrients found in injections can help boost metabolism and reduce the amounts of fat and cholesterol stored in the body. Semaglutide is a medication which mimics a hormone that targets areas of the brain that regulate appetite and food intake by slowing down your digestion. Semaglutide works by slowing the emptying of food from your stomach, so you feel full longer and have less hunger. The medication is a weekly injection given to yourself at home. The dose gradually increased over the course of 5 months.
